**Função e Responsabilidades**:
Enquanto Bagageiro, reportará ao Front Office Manager e ficará responsável por assegurar os serviços de bagagem durante os processos de check-in e check-out, no período noturno, apoiar a receção, proceder ao estacionamento das viaturas do clientes, prestar informações e promover os serviços do Hotel e da região de forma a garantir e prestar um serviço de qualidade e excelência, excedendo as expectativas do cliente.

We are recruiting LUGGAGE ATTENDANT NIGHT SHIFT (M/F) to TIVOLI ORIENTE LISBOA HOTEL

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Luggage Attendant Night Shift, you will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring baggage services during the check-in and check-out processes, at night, supporting reception, parking customers' vehicles, providing information and promoting services of the Hotel and the region in order to guarantee and provide a service of quality and excellence, exceeding customer expectations.
