We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team and take responsibility for creating, configuring, and maintaining our WebLogic Server domain, clusters, and authentication providers. If you have a strong background in ensuring installations meet technical specifications and can handle troubleshooting and providing technical support services for web infrastructure, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, configure, backup, and restore a WebLogic Server domain, cluster, and authentication provider.
- Ensure installations meet standards and technical specifications to achieve optimal performance.
- Plan, install, build, manage, and support the WebLogic infrastructure components and connectivity.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testing to guarantee business continuity.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call duty rotation with other WebLogic administrators to promptly address any critical issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and security compliance to keep the infrastructure up to date and secure.
- Adhere to existing change management processes to ensure seamless integration of updates and changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a WebLogic Administrator or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of WebLogic Server domain creation, configuration, and management.
- Familiarity with WebLogic clusters and authentication providers setup and maintenance.
- Proficiency in handling troubleshooting and technical support for web infrastructure.
- Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and perform duties efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent understanding of disaster recovery principles and failover testing.
- Familiarity with change management processes and adherence to security compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
