**Introduction**:
HeiQ combines the flexibility and dynamism of a young and customer-oriented company with the professionalism of an international, UK stock market listed player. In order to continue our growth story, we are looking for an experienced Accountant in our Services Center in Moreira da Maia in Portugal (100%) that will work with HeiQ’s new global ERP (Odoo) for multiple international subsidiaries of the Group.

**Your responsibilities**:
Central Accounting Services
- Booking of accounting documents to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, including analytical accounting information
- Recording bank transactions
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed assets accounting and reconciliation
- Reviewing and posting month end accruals
- Revaluating FX

Central Receivables & Payables Services
- Administering vendor payments
- Administering customer payments & Dunning process
- Managing master data

Central Reporting & Process Improvement Services
- Working with external accountants for tax and VAT reporting
- Preparing monthly Group Reporting
- Working with external payroll service provides and tax consultants
- Assistance in liaising with local and group auditors
- Participating in continuous improvement of finance processes (accounting processes, internal control process, etc.)

**You are**:

- Certified Accountant by the Portuguese Order of certified accountant is a plus
- Proficient in English, German / Portuguese is a plus
- A solution-oriented individual with high attention to quality, accuracy and deadlines
- A team player with the strong ability communicate with teams located in multiple geographical locations

**You bring**:

- Degree and/or Master Degree in Finance, Management, Economics or Accounting
- +3 Years professional experience in finance, accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, shared service center
- Detail Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus
- Good knowledge MS Office, mainly Microsoft Excel
