Job Purpose

A specialist in the preparation of financial analyses of accounting sub-ledger activity. Manage and oversee assigned portions of the general ledger (Intercompany / FX). Responsible for preparing end of month reconciliations and reporting ensuring key controls are performed and effectively maintained.

Responsibilities - Intercompany
- Intercompany reconciliation process during month end close. Using QSense, SUN, Allegro, Excel and any other data sources provided;
- Responsible for reporting IC figures in company reporting tool BPC and comply with company deadlines;
- Pre-Intercompany reconciliation before month end including Realized/Unrealized, Accruals follow up;
- Intercompany Recharges;
- Liaise with other departments (Operations, Treasury) and other Finance teams, to ensure all data is accurately recorded and accounting for before EOM;
- Check system interfaces and validate accounting mappings;
- Follow designated process and procedures as per Intercompany Policy & ensure intercompany agreements are valid when applicable;
- Monthly follow up on unresolved items and escalate when applicable;
- Prepare and submit monthly intercompany settlements, as per agreement;
- Discounting booking & reporting as per group deadlines;
- Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by Corporate Controller;
- Work with Corporate Controller in EOM accounts reconciliation to ensure BS integrity, provide support and validate balances of specific sub ledgers accounts;
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and disclosures for management and Controller;
- Assist in the preparation of information for annual reporting and external audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus);
- Be proficient in Excel to an advanced level or other BI tool;
- Proficient in English;
- Strong experience in SAP (preferred);
- Work experience in Finance for 5 years or more;
- Solid analytical skills;
- Good written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines;
- Customer service oriented.
