**POSITION OVERVIEW**
- The role of IT Help Desk Technician at Conetic Group is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our organization's IT infrastructure. This position entails delivering technical support and assistance to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and upholding a dependable and secure computing environment.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Provide timely technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
- Respond promptly to IT help desk tickets and service requests
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
- Assist in maintaining compliance with data protection regulations and company security standards
- Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for common issues
- Provide basic training to end-users on effective use of hardware, software, and IT systems

**ABOUT YOU**
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- High school diploma (mandatory)
- Familiarity with common desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and productivity software
- Proven experience as a desktop support technician or in a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive end-user experience
- Disruptive mindset and pro-active approach
