Join the Wolfpack as an IT Functional Analyst (Hybrid - Lisbon)
What skills do you need to have?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related;
+3 years of experience as a Functional;
Knowledge in SQL or PowerBI to analyze complex data sets and generate insights;
Project Management software to track project progress (Jira, Trello, etc...);
Employ modeling tools to design and visualize systems and processes.
- Experience in the banking sector is valued
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Work closely with the Devs to ensure the solution meets business needs;
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions;
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals;
Assist in the implementation of new systems and provide support;
Participate in user acceptance testing;
Provide training and support to end-users;
