Step into a key role where precision meets strategy. As a **Documentation Analyst**, you’ll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Draft and validate legal confirmations for Swaps, Options, Forwards, and hybrid strategies using ISDA standards.
- Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before dispatching documentation.
- Handle post-trade notifications (exercises, restructures, terminations) and resolve discrepancies.
- Act as the escalation point for documentation queries and client requests.
- Monitor workflows and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
- Lead daily team meetings, analyze KPIs, and drive issue resolution.
- Support and train team members, coordinate operations in supervisor absence.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams across global hubs.

**Qualifications**
**Profile**:

- Academic Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- +2 years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience.
- ** Fluent English** and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Client focus & collaboration.
- Critical thinking.
- Organization & knowledge sharing.

**Additional Information**
(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON**per week)
