Der Hauptsitz von Frulact befindet sich in Maia und die Gruppe wird von Ardian, einem weltweit führenden privaten Investmentunternehmen, beteiligt.

Wir suchen eine/n Maintenance Manager/-in (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Emmerich.

**Aufgaben**:

- Erstellen des jährlichen Plans für Lebensmittelsicherheit und Fehlerreduzierung
- Führung des Maintenance Teams, um die Umsetzung der jährlichen Ziele zu gewährleisten
- Kontrolle der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Maßnahmen und deren Rückverfolgbarkeit
- Identifizierung sowie Neuregelung notwendiger Änderungen an präventiven Wartungsplänen
- Überprüfung und Kontrolle der von den Arbeitsgruppen durchgeführten präventiven und nachhaltigen Instandhaltungsaktivitäten
- Teilnahme an der Umsetzung der Studie zur Lebensmittelsicherheit und deren Überarbeitungen
- Definierung von Kontrollmaßnahmen zur Identifizierung von Gefahren, die Risiken für die Gesundheit von Verbrauchern darstellen
- Zusammenarbeit zur GAP-Analyse mit den Koordinatoren des HACCP-Lebensmittelsicherheitsteams
- Gewährleistung der Umsetzung von Kontrollmaßnahmen für Lebensmittelsicherheit und Befugnis zur Blockierung von Produkten im Falle von Nicht-Konformität
- Überwachung von internen und externen Audits

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie Weiterbildung im Bereich Maintenance (z. B. Industrie, Mechanik, Elektrik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Instrumentierung, Automatisierung usw.)
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer fertigenden Instandhaltungsumgebung (zwingend erforderlich)
- Formales Wissen oder Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Prozessen, Systemen und Werkzeugen, die im Instandhaltungskontext verwendet werden (mechanisch, elektrisch oder instrumentell)
- Umfangreiche Computerkenntnisse
- Proaktive, belastbare, zupackende, dynamische und leidenschaftliche Persönlichkeit
- Multikulturelle Offenheit und große Neugierde
- Gespür für Kundenzufriedenheit, ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich, Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache (sehr wünschenswert)
