Data Center Operator

**Mission**

**Main**Responsibilities**:

- Racking and patching of equipment in the Data Center
- Physical validation of equipment alarms
- Verification and confirmation of information on equipment consoles
- Interaction and communication in Portuguese and English with technicians and clients, both on-site and remotely
- Credentialing and escorting technicians and clients within the facilities
- Support for remote technicians in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment failures
- Inventory management of assets in the Data Center
- Reporting risks and service non-conformities to superiors

**Perfil**
- Secondary Education or equivalent, preferably in Informatics, Communication Networks, or related field
- Experience in a Data Center environment with familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware
- Experience with asset management and ticketing tools
- Experience in the installation and management of fiber optic and copper/UTP installations (patching and labeling)
- Knowledge of IT equipment
- Knowledge of communication cabling
- General knowledge of electricity
- Proficiency in English
