**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist in achieving financial goals, including sales targets and cost control.
- Handle emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in restaurants or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,250.00€ per month
