Grupo Multinacional da área de Healthcare com forte presença no mercado está a recrutar um Tenders Specialist (M/F) para o seu departamento de Contracting em Portugal, situado em Lisboa.

**A sua nova função**

O profissional a recrutar terá como principais responsabilidades:

- Elaboração de propostas;
- Envio de propostas aos clientes;
- Pedido de informações complementares às propostas;
- Arquivo de propostas;
- Registo e encerramento de incidentes;
- Tratamento do processo de pós-licitações ( Adjudicações, envio de documentação, etc);
- Interacção com os diversos departamentos tais como : Departamento Comercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs e Tenders & Contracts em Espanha.

**O que necessita para ser bem sucedido**

A pessoa seleccionada deverá reunir os seguintes requisitos e competências:

- Mínimo ensino secundário completo;
- Experiência de 3 a 4 anos em Departamento de Concursos;
- Conhecimentos intermédios / avançados de Inglês / Conhecimentos de Espanhol serão valorizados;
- Mais do que competências técnicas procuramos um profissional com excelentes capacidades de organização, proatividade,atenção ao detalhe, orientação para o cliente e adaptação.
