**About the job**
Documentation team’s mission is to guarantee that all economic and non-economic terms of every OTC transactions are recognized and legally agreed with our counterparts. Documentation team then ensures that legal agreements are fully aligned with our internal representation / booking of the transaction. Counterparties could be either intragroup entity or external counterparties. Confirmation of the transaction can take several forms: paper confirmation, electronic confirmation or reconciliation as long as the legal form is validated by the legal department and part of a duly documented legal framework.
**Your Main Activities Are**
Produce and ensure the timely and accurate reporting to all internal and external competent entities - such as AMF, Business, Management
Coordinate Monthly Management meetings and Business Management Committees
Define, Coordinate and Implement all projects within the Documentation Teams while also providing satisfactory impact measurements for each project. Act in the capacity of Project Manager for each project, ensuring the satisfaction of sponsor(s) and direct beneficiaries of each project - Realize study on processes or organization (as is, pain points, recommendations) & formalize outputs to sponsors & stakeholders for decisions; Advise or manage end-to-end projects ensuring that the key Project outcomes are delivered; Provide project follow up
Define, Coordinate and Implement any initiative affecting the Documentation Teams as a business unit, either as transversal training programs, strategic initiatives inherited from group initiatives or a Transformation Projects (outsourcing ). Working in close proximity with the core of the managerial line of the Documentation Teams to ensure optimal delivery standards and results
Provide method and expertise to frame and execute the project on time, on quality and on budget
Bring top-down perspective and escalate any transversal issues
Act as an agent for Continuous Improvement, not only ensuring that the Continuous Improvement Mind-set is adopted transversally in Documentation Teams
Be able to satisfy any demand for development, maintenance and revision of macro-assisted tools, ensuring proper practices are well kept, and that no operational risk is incurred from their use within Documentation Teams, while also identifying key assets within each team that will benefit from enhanced training opportunities and direct work on macro-assisted tools
**Profile and Skills to Success**
Up to 4/ 5 years of professional experience in Operations or in Project teams
Knowledge regarding Global Markets Products
Understanding of Front/ Ops processes
Proficiency in MS Office Pack Microsoft - Powerpoint and Excel
Fluency in English
Attention to detail/rigor
Ability to colaborate/Teamwork
Autonomy and Accuracy
Communication skills - oral & written
LI-Hybrid
