Description du poste He/She will be responsible for collaborating with the ERP Solution Architect to develop a solution robust, sustainable, and security-focused design standards. **What you will do** - Organize and Conduct Workshops, Requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders; - Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation; - Participate in project design, and delivery, ensuring that solutions meet the requirements of all stakeholders; - Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product against them; - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet the needs of end-users; - Analyzing defects and advising on options to resolve; - Collaborate with business process owners and provide support and knowledge to relevant teams; - Creation of pilot / demo systems to match the BPOs’ expectations; - Support the improvement of our BI platform, ensuring the availability of high-quality data. **Qualifications**: **Your story** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; - 4 years of experience in business analysis and project management; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - English is mandatory, another European language is ideal; - Broad functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM; - You possess a strong understanding of relevant business processes (e.g. finance, sales, purchase to pay, warehouse management); - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; - Experience in performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-the-box functionality.
