Professional Internship: Heat Pump Simulation Model

**Your contribution to something big**:
- Support in Designing systems and components that meet needs and requirements;
- Calculation, design simulation and testing of heat pump components and systems:
- Create, review and understand technical specification of the components;
- Conducting experiments methodically, analyzing data and interpreting results;
- Develop and improve simulation methods and tools, analyzing the results and offering recommendations for product development;
- Contribute to technical discussions and problem analysis;
- Development of new technical concepts and solutions for heat pump refrigeration circuits.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineer;
- Strong knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and refrigeration;
- Knowledge in specification, calculation, design and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components and systems;
- Knowledge and enthusiasm in learning new programming languages (Proficiency with MATLAB is a plus);
- Ability to understand and read complex algorithms;
- Knowledge about European standards applicable to refrigerating systems and heat pumps is a plus;
- Enthusiasm setting up and performing tests;
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project);
- Result-oriented, pro-active attitude;
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
