Head of Operations

The Head of Operations is a pivotal leadership role defined by its ability to solve complex challenges, implement solutions, and drive impactful change, all while collaborating with diverse teams. Success in this role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll be working with a cross-functional team of seasoned Altarions with expertise in a multitude of sectors, from fintech and marketplace to AI and IoT.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Drive traceability and efficiency of all departments following the priorities agreed upon by the CEO and the executive team.
- Support the CEO in setting and implementing the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operations, by making sure the rules set by the CEO are correctly implemented, followed and monitored.
- Provide decision support with research, analysis, and synthesis necessary to the decision-making process of the CEO and management team.
- Oversee company operations and productivity, building the processes that ensure team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met and culture is followed.
- Ensure that KPIs are met in areas such as Revenue/Sales Support, Delivery/Project Management, Working Capital, and Business Continuity.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process improvement.
- Proactively identify company priorities that require senior leadership focus.
- Distill discussions and thoughts from team meetings into actionable agenda points to then bring to the CEO to decide priorities to act upon.
- Oversee operations, and accounting, and partner with CEO and CSO / CMO / CRO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Be a reliable stopgap across the company and familiar with internal operations across departments
- Ensure that the Mission, Vision, and Principles are properly reflected in the processes set and followed by the organization.

**The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table**:

- Proven experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of business management, financial management, and strategic planning
- Experience with data analysis and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
