**About the job**
- The MFS Onboarding Manager is a key figure in guaranteeing the on time onboarding of clients and facilitates the coordination of all the involved parties is the key element for the completion of the process, ensuring the timings are met on all stakeholders. The Business Support Team (BST) operates transversally across all market services and is primarily responsible for supporting the trading desk, the sales and product teams in their efforts to expand the brand on the following products: Principal Lending, Agency Lending, Forex&PCO

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Initiate, plan, execute, control and ensure start of client activity for all services
- Coordinate and lead clients and sales, products, trading and operational teams to define and deploy the Target Operating Model in the minimum time possible
- Interact with legal, compliance and KYC teams to ensure the model deployed abides by Global and European Regulations (Dodd Frank Act, Volcker, EMIR, French Banking Law, etc.) and company rules of client acceptance, KYC and risk management & collateral management rules
- Constantly review and streamline processes and procedures
- Ensure that answers to stakeholder’s queries are provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate/manage the various tasks and expectations of the stakeholders
- Proactively solve issues, or assist on the solution

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Client focused
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
- Skills in Office pack (namely in Excel)
