**About the role**

The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.

You'll be the point of contact in relation to horizon scanning and regulatory mapping, providing support to the team lead, and interacting with stakeholders across the business to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing horizon scanning and regulatory mapping processes and controls
- Performing data analysis to identify trends and gaps
- Supporting compliance teams to make sure activities are in line with internal procedures
- Working with third-party vendors to ensure services meet SLAs
- Raising requests and checking the quality of resolutions

**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within financial services
- An understanding of horizon scanning and regulatory mapping processes
- Multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
- Experience in data analytics and solid knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
- The ability to demonstrate sound judgement
- Impeccable analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills

**Nice to have**
- Proficiency in JIRA, including workflow configuration, dashboard customisation, reporting, and data visualisation, with the ability to use SQL for advanced queries
