The Data Analytics Senior Officer prepares, with autonomy, data platform for risk profile analysis and risk management purposes, in a complex and transversal data environment. The activity encompasses all the data processing from the data collection to the data visualization

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Work on Data quality aspects, putting in place Key Performance Indicators about the quality of the data in our systems (statistics on timeliness and quality of daily risk indicators) and maintaining these KPIs.- Investigate issues detected by those KPIs and help to resolve them permanently.- To help on the regular analysis and update of the parameters used in risk management systems (such as interest rates or FX rates). Help to explain Value-at-Risk movements based on recent updates of such market variables.- Provide training and guidance to new users of the system where required- Build close links with risk analysts and other internal RISK Systems clients**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, IT or related field- Fluency with all MS Office tools- Strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, potentially PowerBI- Good market and/or counterparty risk knowledge- Knowledge of risk metrics (VaR, PFE) and capital market products (derivatives, stocks, bonds) are a strong plus.- Proficiency in statistics highly appreciated- Knowledge in SQL and Python is a plus- English mandatory- Portuguese (or French) appreciated but not mandatory- Delivery-focused with keen attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills- A motivated and thorough professional who takes initiative**About the Team**

RISK Systems is part of RISK Global Services, and at Group level is responsible for risk capital markets IT systems. It combines development, business analysis (BA) and process reengineering skills as well as coordination support for innovation. Through its experience and polyvalent profiles (IT/Functional), RISK Systems is supporting the Back testing and Calibration services in their continuous transformation, with an attention point on securing the transfer of new developments into production as the production frameworks are becoming more and more strictly governed. With over 250 members across 10 countries, RISK Systems works in a fully Scaled Agile setup and you will be part of a squad following SAFE agile practices, working closely with other locations, in a multicultural environment. Innovation is also key to RISK Systems and you will have the opportunity to collaborate in cross-team innovation projects and propose initiatives aligned with our top innovation priorities: Artificial Intelligence, Development Languages, Process Efficiency & Automation and Knowledge Sharing
