‍‍ As a **Power BI Consultant **at Ivy Partners, your missions will be:

- Design and development of Power BI reports and dashboards (operational and analytical) for Human Resources, including data ingestion, transformation, and data modeling.
- Main projects focus on Human Capital (HC) and Turnover analysis, with data hosted in Dataverse. Our goal is to create a dynamic dashboard featuring tables and percentage calculations, enabling real-time data access and the generation of monthly reports.
- Collaborate directly with the Human Resources area to gather business requirements, design, and build reports.

**About you**
- Over 3 years of experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence,
- Experience in design and development in Power BI, including experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its connectors with external data sources,
- Ability to implement security features within Power BI reports.
- Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications.
- Good level of english and portuguese is mandatory.
