Dealflow.eu is a Venture Builder that collaborates with the **_€100bn_** framework program of the European Commission to discover and scale up the most promising European Startups. The startups are selected through a rigorous review process where only the best 1% of the applicants receive up to €2.5 million in grants and up to €15 million in equity match-financing. Dealflow.eu provides its support services for these selected startups and opens up its network to assist the EIC Fund*.

**About the role**:
You will work at the cross-section between Executive Search and Private Equity:

- Work on challenging projects with top executives for leading international and national clients
- Be involved in the entire project lifecycle (from kick-off to completion)
- Manage a team of analysts and consultants to execute the search according to our internal guidelines
- Take responsibility for the quality of our work submitted to the client
- Manage clients on day-to-day basis by being their main point of contact
- Advise Private Equity and their respective portfolio companies on HR-related topics
- Conduct management assessments and HR due diligence for portfolio companies
- Develop and grow our Private Equity practice within and beyond existing clients
- Gain access to Europe’s largest deal pipeline and understand deals being made by private equity firms
- Understand business models and the perfect types of CXOs to lead the company after an acquisition was made

**About you**:

- A university graduate with a very good track record
- 5+ years in Consulting, Private Equity, Head Hunting or Banking
- Experience in talking to high-level clients, executives and board members
- An efficient worker with experience in the analysis of complex economic contexts, corporate structures and organizational forms
- Experience in managing team members
- A proactive innovator that shows a high degree of initiative, independence and ambition to find the “perfect match”, even for positions in very complex business environments
- A proficient English speaker (business English)
- An empathic, collaborative and positive team player
- Ideally experience in working with Private Equity clients and strong network
