**Descrição de Função**:
Estamos a recrutar um(a) IT Executive para reforçar a nossa equipa central. Esta função será responsável por assegurar a ligação e integração dos diferentes sistemas internos da empresa, garantindo eficiência, segurança e escalabilidade.

Para além da vertente de software, valorizamos sólidos conhecimentos de hardware, de forma a assessorar em processos de aquisição, upgrades e melhorias da infraestrutura tecnológica.

O(a) profissional ideal deverá ter forte sentido de autonomia, capacidade de antecipar necessidades e experiência em ambientes corporativos de IT.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Garantir a integração e interoperabilidade entre os diferentes sistemas internos (ex.: PMS, ERP, CRM, ferramentas de gestão interna).
- Prestar apoio na análise e implementação de novas soluções tecnológicas.
- Assegurar a monitorização e otimização do desempenho dos sistemas existentes.
- Apoiar decisões de compra de hardware e recomendar melhorias de infraestrutura.
- Colaborar com fornecedores externos e equipas internas para implementação de projetos IT.
- Garantir boas práticas de segurança da informação e _compliance_ digital.
- Propor soluções que acompanhem o crescimento acelerado do grupo.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de IT em contexto empresarial.
- Sólidos conhecimentos em integração e gestão de sistemas/software.
- Bons conhecimentos de hardware (equipamentos, redes, servidores, etc.).
- Capacidade de trabalho autónomo e forte orientação para resultados.
- Boa capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.
- Inglês fluente (obrigatório). Outras línguas são valorizadas.
- Formação superior em IT, Engenharia Informática ou área similar (preferencial).
