Agile Team Coach

**Your contribution to something big**:
- Foster Agile frameworks within our organization, to ensure growing understanding within our organization;
- Be a Coach and mentor for Agile Masters on-site and step in as an Agile Master if needed;
- Moderate the necessary team meetings and self-organization procedures;
- Facilitate the communication between teams and remove impediments (or guide towards their removal) that may limit the pace of development, in order to ensure the team's productivity;
- Take ownership over the processes, in order to establish a relationship of coaching for the teams and the product owners regarding self-organization, supporting the location in the direction of goal accomplishment;
- Stay aware of the Agile methodologies trends, retrieve information regarding new Agile tools and prepare their integration, in order to promote and contribute for continuous improvement;
- Foster the Agile methodologies across teams, to ensure understanding from the team members and the deepening of the knowledge within the organization;
- Actively contribute to and retrieve knowledge from Agile events and communities;
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues;
- Implement scaling frameworks as the product grows.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management or Engineering;
- Experience in Agile environment and Scrum framework;
- Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels;
- Ability to coach and guide teams on performance and personal development;
- Good moderation skills together with networking and ability to influence towards common targets;
- Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote);
Proactive attitude with emphasis on process and people development;
- Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English);
- Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
