Thanks to its digital approach and customer-centric orientation, Indie Campers has developed a strong booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices. **THE ROLE** As **Real Estate Analyst** you will be responsible for assisting our growth across Europe and the U.S. by working with the Real Estate Manager to **develop the best strategy to add dozens and potentially hundreds of real estate spaces to our portfolio**. You will help drive the growth of our operational depots and parking locations by working with our team of Operational Area Managers and local teams to identify excellent rental opportunities for Indie Campers, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, develop the spaces to match our brand and customer requirements and asset manage the properties in Indie Campers' portfolio. Your primary role is to **source, negotiate, close, set up and administer Indie Campers locations** as part of the real estate team and in collaboration with our operations team, as well as external partners such as property owners, landlords, developers, real estate agents and administrative consultants to sign as many units as possible across the locations targeted for our operational growth. **What you'll do** - Be a key part of the Real Estate team to help Grow Indie Campers' portfolio of rental stations and parking locations across Europe and U.S. - Work on the prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing of new real estate opportunities. - Build relationships and pitch Indie Campers to many of the largest landlords, property owners and developers in each region and country across Europe and U.S. - Assist with the negotiation and structuring of deals by performing market analysis, deal prospecting and underwriting, and aligning public policy stakeholders. - Develop and implement a real estate growth/acquisition and development plan, while assuring timely and accurate implementation of our key operational requirements, as well as compliance with local/national requirements. - Establish and leverage local real estate knowledge and a network of contacts in the market to source landlords, property owners, real estate developers with suitable opportunities where Indie Campers business model can operate at full potential. - Develop and manage relationships with a network of landlords, property owners, real estate developers and real estate agents, including lead sourcing, deal structuring, ongoing correspondence, troubleshooting, lease compliance and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate in designing and negotiating financing solutions with key financial partners (e.g. local banks, real estate investment funds) pursuant to Indie Campers' real estate strategy and business model economics. - Map out and become knowledgeable in local and national public policy and existing commercial business, hotel and rent-a-car regulations, alongside commercial and industrial property code/legislation. - Work cross functionally with other teams to guarantee full alignment with operational requirements and grow our brand equity across Europe by guaranteeing an outstanding "at-premises" customer experience and engaging community relations so as to grow Indie Campers' public image. **Who you are** - Recent graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, Real Estate Development/Management, Finance, Architecture or similar. - Strategic thinker who understands what it takes to get things done and achieve rapid growth, while guaranteeing quality outcome at scale. - Ability to build powerful networks across multiple geographies and types of partners. - High degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to present a value proposition and handling objections while inspiring trust. - Self-driven, analytical, pragmatic, with an entrepreneurial drive to find solutions with a frugality mindset. - Ability to understand and push through the regulatory and public policy environment. - Great negotiation skills and the ability to rally both internal and external stakeholders to move forward complex deals. - Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapid growth environment. - Fluent in English (mandatory). - Fluency in German, French, or Spanish is a plus. **What we offer** - The opportunity to be make impact in a fast-growing company.
