We are looking for a **Dutch speaking Customer Support Advisor** to work **remotely **for a fast-growing, innovative payment technology company.

- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Providing information about products
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments

**What do you need to be successful at this job**:

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Dutch**:

- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in **English**:

- EU passport or PT Work Permit
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Tech savvy with passion for helping others
- High school diploma or equivalent
