Von Null auf 100 - AUTODOC hat sich seit der Unternehmensgründung im Jahre 2008 bis heute als Europas führender Onlinehändler für Autoersatzteile etabliert. Mit einem starken Kundenfokus und einer bedarfsgerechten Sortimentszusammenstellung mit derzeit rund 2,5 Mio. Produkten von 870 Herstellern für 166 Automarken verfolgen wir das Ziel, diesen Erfolgskurs beizubehalten, uns stetig zu verbessern und unsere Marktposition weiter auszubauen. Steig ein und werde Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte Zur Verstärkung unseres Kundenservice-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Kundenservice Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Autoersatzteile.

**Verantwortlichkeiten**:
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung per Telefon und E-Mail
- Klassischer Inbound Service
- Annahme von Bestellungen
- Auskunft über den Status von Bestellungen geben
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
***Anforderungen**:
- Quereinsteiger, Berufsanfänger, Berufserfahrene mit sehr guten PC-Kenntnissen
- Du hast Spaß am mündlichen und schriftlichen Austausch mit Menschen
- Du arbeitest besonders gerne in einem gut vernetzten Team mit entspannter Atmosphäre
- Du bist freundlich und kommunikationsstark
- Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden ist dein Ziel
