**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Content Moderator** to join our international team in Porto. In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and policies, creating a safe and positive experience for users in the Romanian market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review, evaluate, and moderate content (text, images, and video) in Romanian according to guidelines.
- Ensure that user-generated content is compliant with community standards.
- Respond to flagged or reported content in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or sensitive issues.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Native-level **F**rench (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
- Comfortable working with sensitive content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
