**Allient Inc., a global publicly traded company with over 2200 employees at 26 locations in 11 countries, is seeking a Human Resources Technician to join our Porto facility**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and selection process management.
- Onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Contract management.
- Monitoring the Competency Management and Performance Evaluation Process.
- Ensuring and coordinating training needs assessment.
- Training management.
- Responding to external surveys.
- Management of the Time Control System.
- Payroll processing.
- Promoting and ensuring internal company communication.
- Active participation in organizational flow and people management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Good computer skills in user perspective.
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
