Extracurricular Internship: Hardware Development

**Your contribution to something big**:
As Hardware Engineer you are involved in the entire hardware development process, from drawing up requirements up to maintenance of the product in series production.
**Your responsibilities**
- Design, develop and test electronics;
- Documenting solutions directions and design, specifically with safety related parts;
- Recognize possible process and product improvements and actively implement such improvements;
- Selection of components, drawing schematics (including simulations) and re-viewing of PCB lay-outs;
- Verification and integration testing;
- Provide support and problem solving during EMC testing;
- Active participation and contributing to all design related activities.

- Education: Academic degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering;
- Personality: Result-oriented, creative and strong in communication;
- Enjoy working in an internationally distributed development team (e.g. PT, NL, DE, IN) and want to make a difference;
- Working method: Highly self-motivated, flexible, with focus on continuous improvement and learning, and ability to understand complex systems;
- Enthusiasm: have passion and interest in the latest trends and technologies in the electronics industry;
- Languages: good Portuguese and English knowledge, both written and spoken.
