For our two Michelin Star Kitchen we are looking for personable, passionate and driven Chefs de Partie.

**Your tasks**

Key responsibilities:

- Ownership of a specific kitchen section
- Oversee mise en place and ensure all preparations are timely and flawless
- Ensure and maintain precision, consistency and attention to detail in every dish
- Work closely with other sections and chefs to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Coordinate with Head Chef on ingredient orders and inventory control
- Adapt to guest requests and dietary needs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning and excellence
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards

**Your profile**
- Fluent in English, German and Portuguese are a plus
- Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants
- Proficient in managing a specific kitchen section
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, mise en place and service flow
- Experience in precision cooking, with an eye for detail & consistency
- Attention to detail in designing and executing presentations of dishes
- Highly organized with the ability to mulitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the culinary arts
