**Are you ready to make a real impact in the medical cannabis industry?**:
We're looking for a Production Manager to join our team on site in Setubal. This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive operational excellence in a highly regulated and fast-growing environment.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring the effective and timely execution of the Production Plan. You will play a key role in fostering collaboration, ensuring compliance, and driving performance within the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the production process.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety standards, SOPs/QMS, and legal/certification requirements.
- Execute the Production Plan efficiently, proactively resolving any issues or delays.
- Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, mentoring, and proactive leadership.
- Track and report production KPIs regularly to executive management.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of production equipment and promote a strong safety culture.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Education in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Solid experience in a GMP-regulated production environment.
- Previous experience in medical cannabis production is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills across diverse cultural and functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational capabilities.
- Proactive, empathetic, and a team-oriented mindset.
