**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Development Strategy**: Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- **Sales Management**: Oversee sales activities, set objectives, and ensure the achievement of sales quotas.
- **Customer Relations**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
- **Launch Management**:Supervise the launch of new products, working closely with marketing teams.
- **Competitive Intelligence**: Monitor the market, analyze competition, and identify opportunities to maintain competitiveness.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of the Dutch market and sector trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/e-commerce and content producer
- Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity and ambition

**Education**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
