**A Snapshot of Your Day** You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving our electrical protection solutions, daily, step by step. Working closely with international cross-functional teams, project managers, engineers, and clients you will ensure that our systems and solutions meet or exceed customer requirements and standards. **How You’ll Make An Impact** - Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the electrical systems industry - Define solution vision, strategy, and roadmap - Manage and prioritize solution roadmap, balancing short-term achievements with long-term vision. - Drive development and maintenance in collaboration with engineering teams to build high quality solutions - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. **What You Bring** - Successfully completed university studies in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in product management, engineering or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful project or products. - Profound knowledge of protection systems, designs, components and related technologies - Profound knowledge in Siemens, ABB, Schneider or other protection relays devices and the respective market - Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. **About The Team** Our goal is to develop high quality products and solutions suitable for diverse markets worldwide while having fun doing so.
