Gapstars is a Netherlands-based software development services provider. We support our clients in hiring and managing amazing teams who will help them grow. We are on the frontline of the ecosystem, building and helping set up the teams that will be pushing technology and new business models ahead of their time. We hired our first engineers in Sri Lanka 6 years ago and today, we are home to 200+ people in Sri Lanka who are shaping the future by developing scalable software into performance products. Our partners are highly ambitious Dutch tech companies that are looking to conquer their respective markets.
Our plans in Portugal are ambitious. We want to scale the Lisbon hub to 100 people in 24 months. We focus on global relocation and local hiring to achieve this goal. Sounds pretty exciting, don’t you think? But, you don’t have to do this alone, you will work closely with our global teams in Amsterdam and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our solid expansion plan is supported by the Global Gapstars recruiting strategy.

**What will you do?**
- Contribute to developing & improve existing best practices of the Global Gapstars recruitment strategy & approach based on data and your knowledge
- Show high interest and be motivated to educate yourself in tech topics and be aware of the latest recruiting trends
- Manage your recruitment pipelines
- You will be part of the Recruiting team in our Lisbon office

**Who are we looking for?**

You, a driven and talented talent acquisition specialist, will create a unique international community in Lisbon with the best developers worldwide working with the coolest Dutch tech scale-ups. You are confident that you can do this because you hired techies at scale before.
- 2+ years experience in recruiting for tech positions
- Strong knowledge of the Lisbon tech sector and experience hiring tech talent in Lisbon
- Data-driven mindset, able to interpret the numbers and convert these into actions that improve your effectiveness
- You have great energy, are accountable, and love taking the initiative to get things done
- Excellent understanding of different sourcing strategies
- Confident working in an agile and international market
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, and Portuguese is a plus
