**Mission**

Inetum is looking for a **Technical Product Content Manager** to help shape and communicate the value of our global portfolio of services, solutions, and tools. You will work closely with the CTO, Product Owners, and technical experts to create clear, engaging content that makes complex technologies accessible to a wide audience.

This role is key to supporting internal enablement, external promotion, and strategic messaging across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Product & Market Insights**
- Analyze competitors and gather customer insights.
- Track market trends and emerging technologies.
- Help define target audiences and messaging strategies.
- Align content with technology partners and the Inetum ecosystem.

**Strategic Messaging**
- Create compelling narratives and easy-to-understand content for technical products.
- Develop materials such as value propositions, datasheets, demos, presentations, articles, and whitepapers.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the CTO’s strategy and vision.

**Promotion & Go-to-Market**
- Distribute content across Inetum teams and platforms.
- Organize internal events to support pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams on campaigns.
- Support external events like conferences and webinars.

**Performance & Impact**
- Define KPIs and track content performance.
- Report results to stakeholders.

**Culture & Brand**
- Promote Inetum’s values and contribute to employer branding.

**Profile**
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with experience in consulting, bid management, or product marketing in IT or software.
- Good understanding of technologies like Cloud, AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital Workplace.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and tailor content to different audiences.
- Skilled in MS Office and AI-powered tools (e.g., MS Copilot, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design.
- Previous work with CTO or Innovation teams is a plus.
