Business Continuity Senior Analyst

**About the job**

The BC Senior Analyst is responsible to design and to lead the streams of the implementation of the Business Continuity Management Programme and to ensure that the Group and CIB Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) procedures and guidelines are followed for BNP Paribas Portugal Branches (exc. GS2S, WM and Oxygen platforms).

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure the analysis of the security risks and identify the related impacts. Design appropriate security solutions to cover identified risks and impacts.
- Ensure the update of the map of security risks. Analyze the Business Continuity documentation (BIA, BCP Procedures) of CIB Portugal. Identify issues/errors in the Business Continuity documentation, and report and escalate the issues/report to CIB Portugal management.
- Follow-up and reporting of the actions implemented to address the identified risks.Analyze the Business Continuity live cycle (PDCA based), for the control and continuous improvement of the processes. Prepare and lead presentations on Business Continuity activity to external clients.
- Manage the data collection and regular reporting of KPI to the CIB Portugal management. Provides security expertise for the business unit and function interlocutors in the area.
- Check the robustness and efficiency of the security system according to the Business Continuity requirements of BNP Paribas group. Manage business continuity incidents.
- Define the training and awareness strategy to the staff involved in the Business Continuity processes. Respect the norms and standards of BNP Paribas.

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Fluent in English
- Field of Expertise of 3 - 4 years in Information Technology
- Bachelor’s degree 3 - 5 years in Business Management
