And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible. **Responsibilities**: - Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines. - Data Analysis: Analyze key product metrics and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Central Operations and Market Operations to drive alignment and facilitate communication. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, specifications, and processes. - User Research: Generate opportunities to improve user and partner experience by keeping an ear to the ground, leading user and competitor research efforts. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize product features, workflows, and processes based on user feedback and market trends. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
