Our Trainee Program is a customized 12 months (through IEFP) learning experience designed to join Finance-savvy and brave graduates in the forefront of the industry of connecting the world.

The entire internship was designed to help you get to know our business, operations and people.

**What you will learn and contribute to**
- Manage end-to-end accounting controlling for simple customer projects or specific tasks within project.
- Support standardization, automation initiatives.
- Support month-end closing and time critical activities in accurate and timely manner.
- Support in all delegated tasks to Assistant Finance Accounting Manager:

- Support in entry level accounting tasks.
- Support in internal controls.
- Collecting/filing paper documents
- Supporting Sourcing Specialists/Sourcing Managers
- Assisting to business in finding the right supplier for their product/service needs.
- Overseeing the supply market, business practice and local legislation.
- Ensuring that procurement policies and controls are followed.
- Responsible for Supply Chain service execution from kickoff until handover:

- Coordinate and guide the procurement process.
- Coordinate and guide the distribution process.
- Coordinate and validate the Customer invoicing.
- Contribute and support the collect cash process.
- A graduate student in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
- Good English communications skills (written and verbal).
- Energetic and flexible person with a great team spirit and eager to achieve great things.
- Analytical and combines a strong drive for results with the ability to bring own solutions and detail-orientation.
- Capable of planning and prioritizing daily working time effectively while being able to adapt to fast changing conditions.
- Able to communicate in a multicultural environment.
