Want to power forward a powerbrand? As an Junior Brand Manager at Reckitt, you’ll have the freedom to make a big name even bigger.**Focusing on a dedicated market, you’ll make your mark by making sure we do the same. You’ll**:

- You will work on the equity, innovation and activation plans for Consumer Health Care Brands, presented in Mass Market.
- Propose and coordinate local activations plans ATL and BTL along with local agencies
- Coordinate media plans, brand materials and innovation processes
- Lead internal task forces, performance and sales meetings covering analytic results and proposing activation plans
- Manage the Budget and P&L of your brands
- Work with supply, trade marketing and sales teams to ensure business priorities.

**You’ll succeed because**

- Have a solid background in sales or marketing
- Have previous experience in FMCG (ideally) or Consumer Healthcare
- Are creative and resilient problem-solver
- Are a natural team player
