**About the job**
- The Data Analyst will join the Transaction Banking COO (Chief Operating Officer) team in Lisbon for 6 months to work with different departments and push forward the automation of the BI reporting and leverage on the data capabilities to extract insights from the business teams
- For 5 months, the Data Analyst will join the Corporate Clients Group COO Office in Paris to work on the industrialization of the recurrent commercial activity dashboards and to perform ad hoc development analysis
- The Data Analyst will quickly take on responsibilities via this immersive rotational path structured around diversified missions and at the end of the programme will join the Transaction Banking COO team in Lisbon

**Your Main Activities Are**

In the Transaction Banking COO team:

- Meet different stakeholders to frame their data needs, and based on findings collect the necessary data, process the data, and turn it into meaningful tools meeting the requirements expressed by the teams
- Participate and interact with inter-disciplinary teams (IT, Business, Operations) and contribute to the improvement and streamlining of data systems within the company to drive innovation
- Participate in the automating of business dashboards as prototypes and in preparing them to be placed in production, working closely with the team’s Data Analysts
- Contribute to the development and governance of data and support the different business lines with data-driven decision-making

In the Corporate Clients Group COO Office:

- Contribute to the industrialization of the recurrent commercial activity dashboards, which give a 360° view on the commercial activity and Financial KPIs (revenues, client value creation, capital usage, deposits) on different angles such as geography, products and client franchise
- Participate in the process of extended proposed views (by industries, by product equipment) as well as translating these reports in Data Visualization tool
- Perform ad hoc development analysis, with Cross KPIs analysis (revenues, RWA, CVC, Dealogic, coaltion)
- Participate in the development of a Mock-Up to put in perspective internal KPIs and external information, as wallet shares, to identify groups of clients where a potential development could be done in terms of IB or TB products

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Intelligence, Business, Economics or Mathematics
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of Data Intelligence, Research and Quant Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to quickly comprehend new software tools and learn how to use them optimally
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written
- Adaptability, team spirit, good initiative and a results driven mindset
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators, to build an opinion on a file and to convince
- Good knowledge of the corporate banking environment, with Business mindset and an acute sense of risk
- Attention to detail with a solid knowledge of financial analysis

**About the Teams**
- The Transaction Banking COO team is responsible for the design of business monitoring reports (from conception to production delivery, i.e. data visualization) as well as attend to all TB Management data queries. On top on that, the team is the contact point between IT and business teams, which means that they assist business teams by collecting their data requirements and collaborate actively with IT to advance industrialization strategy
