**Project Delivery Manager**

**Mission**:
Galp is looking for a Project Delivery Manager with the mission of promoting and managing the delivery of projects and improvements with excellence.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage improvement and project delivery teams, integrated into the Delivery area;
- Identifying, predicting and removing blockages that may impact on the delivery of improvements and projects;
- Understand the requirements and design of technological solutions, passing on this knowledge to the other areas of T2D;
- Managing risks and issues;
- Monitoring and supporting IT projects that have an impact on the respective team;
- Ensuring capacity management, anticipating growth trends and proposing solutions to ensure the team required to deliver;
- Promote continuous process improvement through simplification, automation and improvement in the IT solutions that support them.

**What You'll Need**:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in implementing and managing technology projects in complex business environments;
- Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement;
- Experience in managing outsourced services;Experience in the financial management of contracts/projects;
- Focus on the customer and service delivery;
- Ability to work in a team:

- Oral and written fluency in English.
