- **Hybrid working regime**: in the 1st month, 2 weeks in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 2 weeks home office; in the 2nd month, 1 week in Spain (Madrid or Valladolid) and 3 weeks home office; From the 3rd month onwards, occasional trips to Spain.
- ** Working hours**: Flexible entry and exit times, between 7am and 6pm.



**JOB PURPOSE**
- The Investment & Projects Coordinator leads the preparation and animation of all Level 1 and Level 2 Investment & Projects Committees.
- He provides support to project leaders and ensures that all project files are prepared appropriately and completely in terms of governance and structure.
- He also provides the necessary coordination transversally with all the functions to ensure that the investment plan is consistent with the decisions of Investments and projects Committees and the strategic orientations.
- He follows-up the decisions, instructions, projects and realizes the consolidation of projects status.
- He also contributes to the development of rules, procedures and information systems relating to investment management.
- Reports to Investment Manager.

**KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES**
- Setting up, planning, preparation to the animations of Investments & Projects Committees of Level 1 and Level 2 with all functions and entities.
- Participate and follow up the decisions of Investments & Projects Committees of Level 3
- Structuring and organizing the collection of information & checking the conformity (format, budget, profitability, MoM/ MoB studies, VT analysis, pre-validations, etc..).
- Supporting for preparation of files, checking the technical-economic pre-validations and opex/capex distinction, challenging the CAPEX Performance.
- Follow-up of Decisions & Instructions & DOA of all projects validated in Investments & Projects Committees L1 & L2.
- Ensuring regular controls with transversal functions to update the status of all projects (ex: opex, capex realization) which are approved within the scope of Investments & Projects Committees L1 & L2.
- Contributing to the implementation of a monthly animation of Investment projects status per project and per entity for capex delivery and cash out.
- Leading the weekly Investments & Projects (I&P) implementation committees and ensuring the correct split between capex/opex in the implementation.
- Tracking the implementation dates of the projects and ensure the re-assessment within 1 month after their implementation.
- Contributing to the development of governance rules, capitalizations, procedures, instructions and related structures.
- Supporting to the Budget, Forecast and MTP process based on decisions of Investments & Projects Committees of Level 1 and Level 2.
- Working closely with the Holding Corporate functions, and all countries departments.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Master, Engineering Degree or Equivalent
- At least 3 of professional experience in Controlling, Strategy, Reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong Analytical skills

- Critical thinking
- Strong knowledge on MS Office
- English required
- Accounting knowledge is a plus
