We are looking for a Travels Assistant for our Travels department in Maia:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administration of the internal travelling requests
- Managing the requests with the travel agencies and travel documentation
- Control of the internal Travels platform
- Secure the compliance of the Travels policy
- Check and monitor travel expenses
- Other relevant administrative tasks

**Profile**:

- Minimum of 2 year experience
- MS office tools knowledge
- Fluency in English, French and or German is a plus
- Ease of communication and relationship adaptability
- Resilience, dynamic performance, and proactivity
- Problem solving agility and responsibility
