We are looking for a sushi chef with relevant experience who can work well in a team and consistently follow quality and cleanliness standards.

Who we are looking for:

- People who value cleanliness and teamwork
- Organized and responsible individuals
- Minimum 1 of experience as sushi chef or kitchen cook
- Most important - willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities (Sushi Cook):

- Preparing rolls, sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes according to company

standards
- Ingredient prep: cutting fish and vegetables, cooking rice, preparing sauces
- Monitoring product quality and freshness, following hygiene standards
- Following recipe guidelines and portioning rules
- Keeping the workstation clean and participating in daily kitchen cleaning
- Proper packaging of ready dishes
- Working as part of a team and communicating with administration
- Following safety rules and internal regulations
- Managing and placing ingredient orders according to the established schedule
