We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant Trainee (IEFP) to join our Marketing team in Porto.

**About the role**
- **Mandatory eligibility for the IEFP level 7 professional internship (Activate program)**:

- Duration and location: 9 months, Porto
- Reporting to SEA LIFE Porto Marketing Coordinator and supporting the execution of marketing plans and campaign delivery.
- Ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently and within brand guidelines through all external and on-site activations including social media and website management, competitions, local promotions, leaflets and on-site signage.
- Assisting with promotional activities and supporting the customer service inside and outside the attraction.
- Provide general office support, which can include answering phone calls, sorting mail, and arranging appointments.
- This role is full time contract, averaging 40 hours per week and can include weekends and national holidays as required.

**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:

- Master Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (from a Portuguese university), and experience working within a marketing environment.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both internally and externally in a clear, concise and effective manner.
- Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business needs; approach work proactively to maintain a high level of accomplishment.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work with minimum supervision. Responds and follows up in prompt and efficient manner.
- Demonstrated proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) or Basic Video Editing skills would be a plus.
- Ability to be flexible/adaptable as per the business operational requirements
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- A willingness to learn and love for marine life
