**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Contributing to the development of the cybersecurity services business across all sectors and identifying business opportunities;
- Advocating and promoting the cybersecurity service internally, within our extended network of colleagues, and to clients and the wider market;
- Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material;
- Delivering and managing projects on time and within budget;
- Contributing to the development of the cybersecurity team by acting as a mentor and trainer to younger team members, leading by example.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 8+ years of experience in the IT sector, with solid technical knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security services, and operations security;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large security projects with risk management, SOC leadership, IT compliance, information security assessments, security project management;
- Experience in preparing proposals with technical and financial expertise;
- Advanced knowledge of risk management with experience in conducting and/or participating in technical assessments such as SOC2, ISO27001, ISO22301;
- Ability to create and present security solutions and conduct technical meetings directly with clients;
- CISSP, CISA, or CEH certifications or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge of spoken and written English;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Experience in providing services to clients and managing multiple teams and projects.
