We are looking for an IT Support Trainee with technical skills to ensure the growing increase in IT tools at the Electric Vehicle Chargers factory in Corroios. It will be necessary to support users in order to respond to day-to-day needs.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Installation, configuration or removal of hardware at workstations
- Assist users in the most diverse day-to-day situations (troubleshooting and resolution)
- Ensuring cybersecurity on equipment
- Installation and configuration of Android OS on workstations
- Implement, train and help users in the implementation of new software (Apps, Tools etc.)
- Ensure the management of IT inventory equipment and registration of changes to equipment or services
- Document assistance provided, equipment situation and detected errors.
**Necessary Qualifications**:
- Technological course in Network and IT Management or similar
- Technical knowledge of hardware and software including Windows and Android OS
- General cybersecurity knowledge
- I like the area of configuration and installation of computer equipment
- Understand user problems through good communication
- I like to work in a team
