HR Finance and Reporting Analyst

Placed in in the CIB Human Resources department, Finance & Reporting Analyst will play the role of HR data and reporting specialist contributing to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data, preparing monthly and quarterly dashboards with a variety of HR KPI´s covering all HR activities (recruitment, career and talent management, training, admin and payroll, turnover, absenteeism etc ).

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a HR Finance And Reporting Analyst you will playan active role in data analysis and interpretation of Human Resources data, exercising sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for business leaders. In order to achieve this you will:
- Play a direct role in designing and developing reporting tools that are then deployed across the organization;-
- Constantly seek to introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process;-
- Determine specifications and standards for business reporting;-
- Prepare the yearly Forecast & Budget exercise for the HR function;-
- Follow-up of the budget allocation between different HR expenses and activities throughout the year, including the monitoring of new positions opening;-
- Management of the relationship with the local Finance department for the monitoring and follow-up of the budget and its different versions;-
- Follow-up and verification of invoices sent to beneficiaries regarding the Hub activities and interactions with onshore HR;-
- Follow-up and monitoring of SLAs;-
- Continuous improvement of the budget process within HR.-
- Coordinate all actions and projects aiming at maintaining data quality integrity.**SKILLS**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or similar areas;-
- Professional experience: more than 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting or Financial Controller related roles;-
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence related processes is a plus;-
- Knowledge of HR processes, and of processing and extracting value from HR data is a plus;-
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (with special emphasis on Excel) is mandatory;-
- Knowledge of Tableau related tools is a plus;-
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a sense of confidentiality;-
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, allied with the ability to set-up relevant performance indicators;-
- Ability to integrate a large and diverse multicultural environment;-
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a clear goal orientation;-
