**Job description**:
Are you dynamic and have a sense of service? Then you may be our future Operation Manager/Specialist

We are looking for a polyvalent person to make part of our Operations team.

Your main tasks will be the following:

- Be in charge of the logistics and the daily life of the operational team (planning installations, maintenance and manage the team's resources)
- Build: Build, test and maintain the process that will improve the day to day of your team and the clients
- Manage the onboarding of new clients, international logistics, follow up of customers & partners, follow up with suppliers
- Be a problem solver on a daily basis

These missions may vary according to the evolution of the company's needs. We will guide you throughout your onboarding in order to increase your skills

**Preferred experience**:

- You are eager to join a young, dynamic and ambitious startup
- You are empathetic, organized and have excellent relational skills
- You have initiative and agility
- You are proactive and versatile, you are able to work independently and you know how to solve problem
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like the challenge and remain pragmatic in your approaches
- Language skills**:Spanish** **(B2 minimum)** and at least **B2** level in **English**.

**Salary**: 1,300.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
