The Universal Kraft group has been actively developing renewable energy solutions for over 20 years. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste-to-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia.

With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting a **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial strategy and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, (Knowledge of Spanish French & Portuguese is a plus)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on financial matters and investment opportunities.
- Directly manage financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Lead financial risk management initiatives and ensure the company is protected from financial risks.
- Monitor cash flow and manage capital expenditure to optimize financial resources and maximize returns.
- Foster productive relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure necessary funding and capital.
