**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans: this includes creating compelling product launch plans, developing value propositions, and crafting compelling sales narratives.
- Lead the development of key go-to-market deliverables: This includes creating product dossiers, developing compelling sales presentations and pitch decks, and crafting impactful marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Work effectively with product management, sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and define customer segmentation strategies: Leverage data and insights to identify and prioritize target markets and develop tailored go-to-market approaches.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize go-to-market strategies.

**What are we looking for**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Go-To-Market specialist to lead the successful launch and scaling of our B2B products and services globally.
- Master’s degree in Business or Management;
- Professional experience up to 2 years;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Proactive and autonomous approach to problem-solving;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
